Overlooking the beautiful inner park of the property, the Room of the Oleanders immediately conveys a sense of serenity and calm. Thanks to its large window, you can enjoy the view of nature even while lying comfortably in bed.
Slightly detached from the main building yet close to every comfort, the Room of the Oleanders is the specular counterpart of the Room of the Olive Trees, sharing the same features and refined style.
Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it ensures privacy and peace. A large glass door opens onto a terrace shaded by a wooden pergola and furnished with cozy sofas and a small table — perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing at any time of day.
The room is spacious and bright, furnished with handcrafted wooden pieces that add warmth and charm. A private, well-equipped bathroom and all the necessary amenities ensure a stay that is relaxing, elegant, and in perfect harmony with nature.

Room cleaning
Each day the rooms are cleaned, usually between 9:30 a.m. and h. 12:30 p.m. it is mandatory to leave the room, while the change of linen, sheets and towels every 3 days.
Breakfast
Breakfast in the Bed & Breakfast – Windflake Resort is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
We pamper you with a continental breakfast based on tea, coffee, milk, cappuccino, espresso or chocolate, accompanied by brioche, bread, butter and jam. It is a typical Italian breakfast: simple and light. If you would prefer, we also offer freshly cooked eggs accompanied by cheese and cold meats.
